Great, convenient and reasonably priced laundromat. Neri keeps the place very clean. When my laundry got stuck in the machine, which can unfortunately happen anywhere, they sorted it out very quickly over the phone. 5 stars amazing service.

I had a great experience at Water Spirit Coin Laundromat. Neri went out of her way to help me use the washing machine, which I really appreciated as I don’t often use laundromats. Her kindness and patience made the whole process easy and stress-free. I was also really impressed by how clean the entire space was, the floors, machines, and folding areas were all spotless. The washing machines looked well-maintained and worked perfectly. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit. Thank you again, Neri, for your help!

This is a coin-free laundromat so don't forget to bring your bank card as it's all done via a tap and go machine. Affordable, accessible with easy parking & clean machines

First time using a laundromat. Straightforward, clean, and even has fans for hot days with an SMS reminder option so I can quickly browse the adjacent shops. Haven't tried it out, but apparently there's a half-priced happy hour, too. Might come again if I have another big load of washing to do.

A great little Laundry mat , just can be busy sometimes but machines are fast mostly done in roughly 30 minutes so patience is key. Prices are great if you become a member and is easy to sign up.

First time using this laundromat since visiting and staying around Brisbane CBD area. Very convenient location and good layout. Very affordable too. Met a staff named Volu Jr. who cleans and tidies up the place really well. Met him 2x actually. He is really friendly, kind and considerate towards the customers. He definitely deserves a raise in his salary!! Highly recommend to come here.

Located in the CBD, this laundromat was quite convenient for this traveler, within walking distance of my hotel. There is no need for currency here - all transactions are cashless. I had the pleasure of meeting Neri, who kept the laundromat spotless. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and affordable location to do laundry.

I’m on holiday from California and needed to do a small load of laundry mid-trip. The SH location is close to my hotel. It meets the needs, and is tidier than a lot of laundromats tend to be. I had an issue with the soap vending machine, but emailed the company with the details and they issued me a refund. They were quick to respond too! Love that it’s contactless pay, easy to use, and the price is extremely reasonable! They offer specials (discounts) too during certain hours or for using the bottom dryers - which is pretty cool! I will definitely do laundry here again before I head home and if I’m ever back in Brisbane.

Easy to use, long as you are happy to use an electronic screen. You have to buy washing detergent but it can sell out fairly quick. There is a supermarket next door to buy detergent if they run out or you have lots of washing loads it might be worth getting it from there.
